REQUEST FOR BIDS

The Town of Sardis is accepting bids for a 12-month Interstate Maintenance.
Work includes 24 debris removals (2 per month) and grass cutting as follows:
March – 1 cut; April thru October – 2 cuts per month; November – 1 cut.
All mowing must be performed with zero-turn mowers only. Tractors and bush hogging are prohibited. Spraying of Roundup around trees and signs is not permitted. Use of unauthorized equipment will result in termination of the contract.
Bids are due on Monday, November 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. And will be opened at that time Sealed Bids must be submitted to:
