TO: Any and all persons claiming to be an Heir in the matter of Robert Alexander Fisak, Deceased
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Petitioner Mari Klyce Stubblefield seeking a determination and adjudication by the Court of all heirs of Robert Alexander Fisak, Deceased. The only other respondents other than you in this action are Mari Klyce Stubblefield, Joel Fisak and Candace Marie Fisak.
You are Summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action on Tuesday, the 1st day of December, 2026, at 9:00 A.M., at the Panola County Courthouse at 151 Public Square, Batesville, Mississippi.
You must also file the original of your Response with the Clerk of this Court within a reasonable time afterward.
