Dear Tenant:
WHEREAS, the undersigned NICKLE STORAGE, as Lessor and DERRICK ANDREWS, EDWARD KEY, JESSICA CORLEY, MELANIE ROBERSON, PHYLLIS G. BYRD, RANDY BLAIR, ROBIN MELTON, RODNEY GRIFFIN, SHARON REEVES, SHELLY DAUGHTERTY, VERINA BROOKS, as Lessee, entered into a Lease Agreement for the storage of certain Lessee’s personal property at Nickle Storage located at either 249 or 257 Eureka or 645 Highway 6 East in Batesville, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the payment of rent.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that on the 31 day of October, 2026 at 9 o’clock a.m., the undersigned will offer for sale the contents at said location.
