You have been made a Defendant in a suit filed in this Court by Candice Tubbs, seeking Petition for Citation of Contempt, and for other relief. Defendants other than you in this action are: None.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Complaint filed in this Cause at 9:00 O’clock A.M. on the 1st day of December, 2026 at the Panola County Courthouse located at 151 Public Square, Batesville, Mississippi 38606 before the Honorable Mitchell Lundy, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint.
