NOTICE TO CREDITORS

WHEREAS, on the 4th day of June, 2026, Zylan Quamaine Richmond, was appointed as the Administrator of the Estate of Tomikeatea Fletcher, deceased, by the Chancery Court of Panola County, Mississippi in the above styled Cause No.: 26-cv-67(SH) and Letters of Administration were duly issued to him on the 4th day of June, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that all persons having claims against the Estate of Tomikeatea Fletcher, deceased, must file same for probate and registration with the Clerk of the Chancery Court of the First Judicial District of Panola County, Mississippi, as provided by law, within ninety (90) days from the 15th day of October, 2026, and failure to file said claim or claims for probate and registration within said period will forever barr such claim or claims.
