NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE OF LAND
Under and by virtue of the authority vested in me as Trustee in that certain Deed Of Trust dated February 26, 2010 executed by Marrio Holpe to William F. Schneller, as Trustee, for Bank of Holly Springs, Beneficiary, recorded in Deed of Trust Book 2010 Page 622-629 in the land records of the Panola County 1st Judicial District Chancery Clerk;
Deed Of Trust dated March 27, 2017 executed by Marrio Holpe to William F. Schneller, as Trustee, for Bank of Holly Springs, Beneficiary, recorded in Deed of Trust Book 2017 Page 1142-1153 in the land records of the Panola County 1st Judicial District Chancery Clerk; and default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness thereby secured, and the undersigned having been requested by the legal holder of said indebted ness to foreclose said Deed of Trust, notice is hereby given that I, as Trustee aforesaid, will, within lawful hours, at the front door of the Panola County Courthouse, in the City of Sardis, Mississippi, on

offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property, situated in the County of Panola, State of Mississippi, to wit:
Lot 16 of Section 3 as per plat of Raymond Barker dated February 29, 1972 and which plat is of record in Plat Book 1 page 43 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Panola County, Mississippi at Sardis Mississippi, said lot being part of Section 32, Township 7 South, Range 6 West Panola County, Mississippi.
On Slid 6-A&B (Hideaway Hills s/d) this conveyance is subject to easements and rights of way for roads, streets, sidewalks public utilities and drainage and is also subject to subdivision ordinances for Panola County, Mississippi.
The purchaser will be required to pay the full amount of his bid in cash at the time of the sale. I will sell and convey only such title as is vested in me as Trustee.
