NOTICE TO CREDITORS

WHEREAS, on the 1st day of September, 2026, Jocibel Padgett, was appointed as the Administratrix of the Estate of Jeffrey Jude Padgett, deceased, by the Chancery Court of Panola County, Mississippi in the above styled Cause No.: 26-cv-260(ML) and Letters of Administration were duly issued to her on the 16th day of September, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that all persons having claims against the Estate of Jeffrey Jude Padgett, deceased, must file same for probate and registration with the Clerk of the Chancery Court of the Second Judicial District of Panola County, Mississippi, as provided by law, within ninety (90) days from the 1st day of October, 2026, and failure to file said claim or claims for probate and registration within said period will forever barr such claim or claims.
