Letters Testamentary having been granted on the 4th day of September, 2026, by the Chancery Court of the Second Judicial District of Panola County, Mississippi, to the undersigned on the Estate of Charles Hugh Pickett, Deceased, in Cause Number 26-cv250SH in said Court, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said CHARLES HUGH PICKETT, or his Estate, to present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the date of first publication or they will be forever barred.
