Dear Tenant:
WHEREAS, the undersigned NICKLE STORAGE, as Lessor and ALLAN BROWN, BRIAN DOUGLAS, GWEN COX, JESSICA CORLEY, JOHN H. WILLIAMS, JR., KENYA TURNER, RENA HOGAN, SHERLENA PEGUES, as Lessee, entered into a Lease Agreement for the storage of certain Lessee’s personal property at Nickle Storage located at either 249 or 257 Eureka or 645 Highway 6 East in Batesville, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the payment of rent.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that on the 31 day of August, 2026 at 9 o’clock a.m., the undersigned will offer for sale the contents at said location.
