You have been made a Respondent in a suit filed in this Court by Joshua Drew Russell and Allison Taylor Russell, seeking Termination of Parental Rights, Adoption, and for other relief as to a minor child. Respondents other than you in this action are: None.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed in this Cause at 9:00 O’clock A.M. on the 20th day of October, 2026 at the Panola County Chancery Courthouse in Batesville, Mississippi before the Honorable Mitchell Lundy, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint and Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
