Lot 14 of James Subdivision, a part of tract 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of Liberty Heights Subdivision being a part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 9 South, Range 7 West, Panola County, Mississippi. Plat of said subdivision being of record in Plat Book 2, Page 19, in the Batesville Office of the Chancery Clerk of Panola County, Mississippi.
You have been made a Respondent in the Complaint filed in this Court by JASHJUANA L. FOX seeking an Order Quieting and Confirming Title to the above described property and for other relief. Other Respondents in this action are: Panola County, Mississippi, Lynn Fitch as Attorney General for the State of Mississippi, and District Attorney Jay Hale.
