TO: Unknown Putative Father who is believed to be a nonresident of the State of Mississippi, or not to be found therein after diligent search and inquiry by the Petitioner herein and whose place of residence, post office, street and house address are unknown after diligent search and inquiry by Petitioner.
You have been named a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by the Petitioner seeking custody of the minor child, C.C. born in 2026. You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition filed against you in this action on September 28, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., at the Desoto County Courthouse in Hernando, Mississippi and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
