TO: OLIVIA NIX ESTRIDGE, CHARLEY ANN NIX MOORE, AND UNKNOWN HEIRS-AT-LAW OF CHARLES RAY NIX, JR., DECEASED.

You have been made a Respondent in the Petition to Determine Heirs in the matter of the Estate of Charles Ray Nix, Jr., Deceased filed by Anne Finch Walker, the duly appointed and acting Administrator of the Estate of Charles Ray Nix, Jr., deceased. Respondents other than you are in this action are any other persons claiming to be an heir-at-law of Charles Ray Nix, Jr., deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against this Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 am on the 3rd day of August 2026, in the courtroom of the Montgomery County Courthouse in Winona, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the demands made in the Petition to Determine Heirs.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleadings, but you may do so if you desire. Any written response to said pleading must be filed with the Clerk of Court, 151 Public Square, Batesville, Mississippi 38606, and a copy thereof mailed, or hand delivered to Bobby Taylor Vance, Attorney-at-Law, attorney for Petitioner, whose address is 123 Van Voris Street, Batesville, MS 38606.
