TO: Jimmy Ragon and Mike Ragon whose addresses and/or post office boxes have not been determined after diligent search and inquiry
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Leslie W. Henry, Petitioner, seeking to have the Court issue a declaratory judgment that the facts have occurred to enforce a contingent remainder and a reverter clause in a deed should be enforced.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint filed against you in this action at 9:00 O’Clock A.M. on the 26th day of August, 2026, in the courtroom of the Grenada County Courthouse at Grenada, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint. Defendants other than you are none.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
