SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S
NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on March 25, 2022 Michael A. Sparks executed a certain Deed of Trust for the use and benefit of EBI, Inc. to secure an indebtedness therein referred to and conveyed to Thomas A. Womble, as Trustee, the land therein described and hereinafter described as shown by said Deed of Trust recorded in the land records of the Chancery Clerk for the Second Judicial District of Panola County, Mississippi in Deed of Trust Book 2022 at pages 3130 on March 25, 2022;
WHEREAS on October 18, 2023, EBI, Inc. executed an instrument substituting Richard W. Ryals, II as substituted trustee under said Deed of Trust which was recorded on October 31, 2023 in Deed of Trust Book 2023 at page 9734 of the land records of the Chancery Clerk for the Second Judicial District of Panola County, Mississippi.
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions in said Deed of Trust and the entire indebtedness secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said indebtedness having requested the undersigned substituted trustee to execute said trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said Deed of Trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder together with attorney’s fees, trustee’s fees and expenses of sale;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Richard W. Ryals, II, Substituted Trustee under said Deed of Trust, will on Friday, July 10, 2026 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (between the hours of 11:00 a.m. o’clock and 4:00 p.m. o’clock) at the front door of the Panola County Courthouse located at 151 Public Square in the City of Batesville, Panola County, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in the Second Judicial District of Panola County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Lot 20 of Chickasaw View Subdivision, Section A, Phase II according to a plat of said subdivision appearing in Plat Slides 135 and 136 in the Batesville office of the Chancery Clerk of Panola County, Mississippi.
I will sell only such title to said property as is vested in me as such Substituted Trustee. WITNESS my signature on this the 22nd day of May, 2026.
