Letters Testamentary were granted to me by the Chancery Court of Second Judicial District, Panola County, Mississippi, Cause No. 26-cv-139-ML on May 7, 2026.
Notice is hereby given by me as Executrix of the Estate of KEN O. ELLIS, to all persons having claims against said estate to present them to the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Second Judicial District, Panola County, Mississippi for probate and registration within ninety (90) days from the date this notice is first published, or they will be forever barred.
