IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF PANOLA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI
FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT SARDIS
ESTATE OF MARSHA CARTER, DECEASED CAUSE NO.: 26-cv-00040-PL
NOTICE TO CREDITORS
On the 2nd day of April, Letters of Administration have been issued by the Chancery Court of Panola County, Mississippi in Cause No.: 26-cv-00040PL to the undersigned Michael Carter, Administrator of the Estate of Marsha Carter, deceased, and notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate to have the same probated and registered by the Clerk of said Court within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice, and that a failure to probate and register for ninety days will bar the claims.
