You have been made a Respondent to a Petition filed in this Court by Brenda Walsch, Administratrix of the Estate of Ruthie Skeen, Deceased, seeking a determination of the rightful heirs-at-law of the late Ruthie Skeen, Deceased, who departed this life on March 28, 2024.

You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition at 9:00 a.m. on June 16, 2026, at the Tate County Courthouse located at 201 S. Ward Street in Senatobia, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for money or other things demanded in the Petition.

You are not required to file an Answer or other responsive pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
