TO: Unknown Heirs of Tommy Joe Palmertree
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Sandra Jetton Picker, as Administratrix of the Estate of Tommy Joe Palmertree, seeking anyone having or claiming any interest in the Estate of Tommy Joe Palmertree. Defendants other than you in this action are none.
TAKE NOTICE that a trial will be held in the above styled and numbered action to which you are a Defendant on Wednesday, June 17th, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., at the Chancery Courthouse in the City of Hernando, in DeSoto County, Mississippi.
The action against you is one described by Rule 81(D)(1), MRCP, which is triable 30 days after the first publication.
In any event, however, YOU SHOULD APPEAR IN COURT IN PERSON ON THE DATE, TIME AND AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED ABOVE to defend the action. Failure to appear may result in a judgment against you.
