NOTICE TO CREDITORS

WHEREAS, on the 15th day of April, 2026, Kimberly Ellis was appointed as the Executrix of the Estate of Gladys Ellis, deceased, by the Chancery Court of Panola County,
Mississippi in the above styled Cause No.: 26-cv-116(PL) and Letters of Testamentary were duly issued to her on the 27th day of April, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that all persons having claims against the
Estate of Gladys Ellis, deceased, must file same for probate and registration with the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Panola County, Mississippi, as provided by law, within ninety (90) days from the 13th day of May, 2026, and failure to so file said claim or claims for probate and registration
within said period will forever barr such claim or claims.
