Letters Testamentary having been granted on the 23rd day of April, 2026, by the Chancery Court of the Second Judicial District of Panola County, Mississippi, to the undersigned on the Estate of James George Perdew, Deceased, in Cause Number 26-cv119VD in said Court, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said JAMES GEORGE PERDEW, or his Estate, to present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the date of first publication or they will be forever barred.
