PUBLIC NOTICE

Dear Tenant:
WHEREAS, the undersigned NICKLE STORAGE, as Lessor and ASHLEY PEGUES, BRANDI STRONG, CALVIN MARKET, CHESLEY TIDWELL, DEWANDA WRIGHT, FAYE THOMAS, JERRY MCLARTY, LAKAYLA JONES, MINNIE PERRY, STELISHA SANFORD, TERRANCE MCGHEE, VERINA BROOKS, as Lessee, entered into a Lease Agreement for the storage of certain Lessee’s personal property at NICKLE STORAGE located at either 249 or 257 Eureka or 645 Highway 6 East in Batesville, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, default has occurred in the payment of rent.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that on the 11 day of April, 2026 at 9 o’clock a.m., the undersigned will offer for sale the contents at said location.
