TO: Any and all unknown heirs at law of Mark B. Jackson
whose names and addresses remain unknown after diligent search and inquiry,
You and each of you have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by James Jackson, Administrator of the Estate of Mark B. Jackson, deceased, Movant, seeking to have the Court determine any and all unknown heirs at law of Mark B. Jackson, Deceased, whose names, addresses, and/or Post Office Boxes remain unknown after diligent search and inquiry.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint filed against you in this action at 9:00 clock A.M. on the 28th day of April, 2026, in the courtroom of the Grenada County Courthouse at Grenada, Mississippi, and in case of failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Motion. Respondents other than you are none.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
