CAUSE NO.: 26-CV-123 (VD)
NOTICE TO CREDITORS

WHEREAS, on the 14th day of October, 2026, Angela M. Lucas, was appointed as the Administratrix of the Estate of Carlos J. Lucas, deceased, by the Chancery Court of Panola County, Mississippi in the above styled Cause No.: 26-cv-123(VD) and Letters of Administration were duly issued to her on the 19th day of October, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that all persons having claims against the Estate of Carlos J. Lucas, deceased, must file same for probate and registration with the Clerk of the Chancery Court of the First Judicial District of Panola County, Mississippi, as provided by law, within ninety (90) days from the 29th day of October, 2026, and failure to file said claim or claims for probate and registration within said period will forever bar such claim or claims.
