NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING (Special Exception)

Logan Hollingsworth dba Mighty Tire has filed with the Panola County Land Development Commission an application for a special exception under the Panola County, Mississippi, Land Use District Ordinance in order to allow the following use(s) of the real property hereinafter identified:
Tire removal/hauling and Tire recycling.
The said real property is located at and is generally described as follows: A fractional part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 8S, Range 6W, in the Second Judicial District of Panola County, Mississippi.
Notice is hereby given that the Panola County Land Development Commission will hold a public hearing on said application at 6:00 p.m. on the 9th day of November, 2026 at the Panola County Courthouse in the City of Sardis, MS, at which time all interested persons will be allowed an opportunity to participate in the public hearing and to file with the Panola County Land Development Commission a written objection to the application. Written objections to the application may be filed with the Panola County Land Development Commission at the hearing or at any time prior thereto.
