NOTICE is hereby given that Letters of Testamentary for the Estate of Tucker Lightfoot Henley, Deceased, were issued to Jann Carpenter Henley by the Chancery Court, First Judicial District, Panola County, Mississippi on the 21st day of October, 2026, and all persons having claims against said estate are hereby notified to present their claims to the clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law, within ninety (90) days from the first publication of this notice, failure to do so will bar this claim.
