IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF PANOLA COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI

TO: Any and all claiming to be a Wrongful Death Beneficiary of Angela Jane Stewart, AKA, Angela Stewart McMahon, deceased, see under Miss. Code Ann. §11-7-13
You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by Petitioner Sydney Alexis Shive seeking a determination and adjudication by the Court of any and all wrongful death beneficiaries of Angela Jane Stewart, AKA, Angela Stewart McMahon, deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition to Determine Statutory Wrongful Death Beneficiaries of Angela Jane Stewart, AKA, Angela Stewart McMahon, deceased, in this action at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on the 14th day of December, 2026 in the Yalobusha County Chancery Courthouse in Water Valley, Mississippi, to show cause, if any you can, why Sydney Alexis Shive and Gage Owen Stewart should not be declared the statutory wrongful death beneficiaries of Angela Jane Stewart, AKA, Angela Stewart McMahon, deceased, pursuant to Sections 11-7-13 of the Mississippi Code. In case of your failure to appear and defend, a Decree or Order will be entered against you finding the above-named persons to be the statutory wrongful death beneficiaries of Angela Jane Stewart, AKA, Angela Stewart McMahon, deceased.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
