SUMMONS

STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
COUNTY OF PANOLA
TO: all unknown heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, legatees, wrongful death beneficiaries, and any and all persons claiming or having a legal or equitable interest in the Estate of Carlos J. Lucas, whose post office box and address is unknown after diligent search and inquiry.
You have been made a Respondent in the suit filed in this Court by Angela M. Lucas, Administratrix, Petitioner, seeking to establish the heirs-at-law of Carlos J. Lucas, deceased. Respondents other than you in this action are: None.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Complaint or Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 A.M. on Thursday, the 7th day of December, 2026, in the Courtroom of the Tate County Courthouse in Senatobia, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgement will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
