TO: ALL BORN, KNOWN, ABSENT, OR UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF ALAN WAYNE SCRUGGS, DECEASED

You have been made a Defendant in the Motion to Determine Heirs filed in this Court by Petitioner and Administratrix, Brenda Gail Crowell, seeking a judicial determination of the rightful heirs at law of Alan Wayne Scruggs, Deceased.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 4th day of November, 2026, before the Honorable Judge Howell, at the Tate County Courthouse, located at 201 South Ward St., Senatobia, Mississippi 38668, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the things demanded in the Petition.

You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
