Letters Testamentary having been granted on the 20th day of August, 2026, by the Chancery Court of the Second Judicial District of Panola County, Mississippi, to the undersigned on the Estate of Patty Ethel Bates Tutor, Deceased, in Cause Number 26-cv199SH in said Court, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said PATTY ETHEL BATES TUTOR, or her Estate, to present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the date of first publication or they will be forever barred.
