TO: Krystal Goforth
You have been made a defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Lance D. Tennyson, attorney for Krystal Goforth, Petitioner, seeking to close the estate of Michael Wayne Goforth, deceased. Defendants other than you in this action are Alexus Goforth and Jordan Goforth.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action on Tuesday the 1st day of September, 2026 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., at the County Courthouse in the City of Hernando, in DeSoto County, Mississippi.
Although Rule 4 (i) (4) does not require you to file an answer or other pleading, you may do so if you deem it necessary to properly develop the issues, or if you are required to do so by the Court.
In any event, however, YOU SHOULD APPEAR IN COURT IN PERSON ON THE DATE, TIME AND AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED ABOVE to defend the action. Failure to appear may result in a judgement against you.
