TO: THE HEIRS AT LAW OF ASZLEAN RAYFORD STANFORD, DECEASED
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in the Court by Petitioner, Paulette Goins, seeking to determine the heirs-at-law of Aszlean Rayford Stanford, Deceased. Defendants other than you in this action are any heirs of the Estate of Aszlean Rayford Stanford, if any.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 31st day of August, 2026 in the courtroom of the Yalobusha County Chancery Courthouse, First Judicial District, 14400 Main Street, Coffeeville, MS 38922, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
