You have been made a Defendant in a lawsuit filed in this Court by TORIA HARVEY.
The Complaint filed against you has initiated a civil action alleging willful, continued, and obstinate desertion pursuant to Mississippi Code Section 93-5-1(Fourth), habitual drunkenness pursuant to Mississippi Code Section 93-5-1(Fifth), and habitual cruel and inhuman treatment pursuant to Mississippi Code Section 93-5-1(Seventh), or in the alternative, a divorce on the ground of irreconcilable differences pursuant to Mississippi Code § 93-5-2, and seeking a divorce absolute from Defendant.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Complaint in the above-styled and numbered cause to be heard by the Honorable Mitchell Lundy at the Montgomery County Courthouse in Winona, Mississippi on Tuesday July 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
