TO: Opal Ann Winters and Unknown Father of Minor Child Named in Petition, whose post office addresses and street addresses are unknown after diligent search and inquiry.
You have been made Respondents in the suit filed in this Court by Shirley Morrow, Petitioner, seeking custody of minor child named in the petition.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 o’clock, A.M., on the 16th day of June, 2026 in the courtroom of the Tate County Courthouse at Senatobia, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do so if desire.
