Letters of Administration having been granted on the 13th day of April 2026, by the Chancery Court of Panola County, Mississippi, to the undersigned Administratrix of the Estate of Alan Wayne Scruggs, Deceased, in Cause No: 26-CV-00037-PL on the Docket of the Chancery Court of Panola County, Mississippi, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said estate to present the same to the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Panola County, Mississippi, for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication hereof, or they will be forever barred.
