NOTICE TO CREDITORS

WHEREAS, on the 11th day of February, 2026, LaDonna Faye McCord, was appointed as the Administratrix of the Estate of Howard Stuart Jackson, Jr., deceased, by the Chancery Court of Panola County, Mississippi in the above styled Cause No.: 26-cv-28(ML) and Letters of Administration were duly issued to her on the 11th day of February, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that all persons having claims against the Estate of Howard Stuart Jackson, Jr., deceased, must file same for probate and registration with the Clerk of the Chancery Court of the Second Judicial District of Panola County, Mississippi, as provided by law, within ninety (90) days from the 29th day of April, 2026, and failure to file said claim or claims for probate and registration within said period will forever barr such claim or claims.
