NOTICE TO DEFENDANT

You have been made a Defendant in the civil action filed in this Court by Ensathia Raingsey Chey, Plaintiff. The Complaint seeks a divorce absolute from defendant on the grounds of Habitual Cruel and Inhuman Treatment and Wilful, continued and obstinate desertion for the space of one year, both pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 93-5-1, or in the alternative on the ground of Irreconcilable differences pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 93-5-2, along with related relief. There are no Defendants in this action other than you.

YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NOT LATER THAN THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE 22nd DAY OF APRIL, 2026, WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.
