SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION

TO: The Unknown Heirs, Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Legatees of Marsha Carter, deceased, and any and all persons claiming or having a legal or equitable interest in the Estate of Marsha Carter, deceased.
You have been named as Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Michael Carter, Administratrix of the Estate of Marsha Carter, deceased, praying that the heirs-at-law of his wife, Marsha Carter, be established. Said petition names Michael Carter as the sole heir at law.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 o’clock a.m. on June 3, 2026, in the Chancery Court in the DeSoto County Courthouse of Hernando Mississippi located at 2535 Highway 51 S, Hernando, MS 38632 and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or the other things demanded in the Complaint.
No answer is required in this matter, however, you may mail, or hand deliver a written response to the Petition filed in this action to Joseph R. Dulaney, 986 Harris Street, P. O. Box 188, Tunica, MS 38676, attorney for Michael Carter.
