TO: The heirs at law of Nancy Elaine Owen Pinner, deceased and all other persons or entities having or claiming any right of title or interest, legal or equitable in the real property described as follows:
The South half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 9 South, Range 9 West, containing 80 acres, more or less, and being the same property conveyed to T. Z. Pollard, dated November 19, 1945 and recorded in Book E-1 at Page 81.
LESS AND EXCEPT:
The property described in Deed of Record Book L-10 at Page 97 in the Batesville Office of the Chancery Clerk of Panola County, Mississippi.
ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT:
All that property described as Cole-Owen subdivision plat of which is on file at Plat Slide 122-124 in the Batesville Office of the Chancery Clerk of Panola County, Mississippi.
The property herein being that same property described as parcel number 1201-1200000-0000400 on the Map in the Panola County Tax Assessor’s office.
You have been made a Defendant to the Petition for Partition of Land and for Other Relief filed in this Court by FSB & CO LLC. FBO Evan West S/D Roth IRA and Hunter West S/D Roth IRA seeking a Decree adjudicating, Ralph Pinner, Teresa Anne McDermott and Ralph E. Pinner, as the only heirs at law of Nancy Elaine Owen Pinner, Deceased and Seeking a Partition of Land. Other Defendants to this action are Harold Edward Owen, Jr., June Lynn Owen Lee and Nanda Marie Owen King.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 8th day of June, 2026, in the courtroom of the Grenada County Courthouse located in Grenada, Mississippi, and in the case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleadings but you may do so if you desire. If you desire to file an answer, you must mail the original of same to the Chancery Clerk of Panola County, Mississippi, and a copy thereof to James Andrew Yelton at the address listed below before the above listed hearing date.
