You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in the Chancery Court of Panola County, Mississippi by the Plaintiff, Estate of Joseph Michael Ash, who is seeking a determination of all heirs at law of the Decedent, Joseph Michael Ash
The Known potential heirs of Joseph Michael Ash are his widow, Cynthia Dianne (Cook) Ash and his two children: Kimberly Marie Frodge and Joseph Matthew Ash.
This summons is important and you must take immediate action to protect your rights.
