You have been made a Respondent in the Petition To Determine Heirs and Wrongful Death Beneficiaries filed in this Court by DAVID H. PULLEN, III on behalf of the Heirs of SARAH DALE MONTGOMERY PULLEN seeking a Decree adjudicating DAVID H. PULLEN, III, as the sole heir at law and wrongful death beneficiary of SARAH DALE MONTGOMERY PULLEN . There are no other Respondents to this action.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 a.m. on the 8th day of April, 2026, in the courtroom of the Panola County Chancery Court, sitting at the Tate County Courthouse located at 201 Ward Street, Senatobia Mississippi, 38668 and in the case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Petition To Determine Heirs and Wrongful Death Beneficiaries of SARAH DALE MONTGOMERY PULLEN .
You are not required to file an answer or other pleadings but you may do so if you desire. If you desire to file an answer, you must mail the original of same to the Chancery Clerk of Panola County, Mississippi, and a copy thereof to James A.
