LETTERS Testamentary over the Estate of John Arnold Smith, Deceased, having been granted to me on the 20th day of February, 2026, in Cause No. 26cv47(VD), by the Chancery Court of the Second Judicial District of Panola County, Mississippi, notice is hereby given all persons having claims against said Estate to have the same probated and registered by the Clerk of said Court within ninety (90) days from the date hereof or they will be barred.
