Letters Testamentary having been granted on the 29th day of August 2024, by the Chancery Court of Panola County, Mississippi, to the undersigned Clayton Vance, Administrator of the Estate of James Wallace, Deceased, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said Estate to present the same to the Clerk of this Court, 151 Public Square, Batesville, MS 38606 for probate and registration according to the law within ninety (90) days from the 4th day of March 2026, the date of first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
