PUBLIC NOTICE
SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, 4/21/2010, Samuel E. Golden, a single man and Amber E. West, a single woman executed a certain deed of trust to Laurel A. Meyer, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation which deed of trust is of record in the office of the 2nd Judicial District of the Chancery Clerk’s office of Panola County, State of Mississippi in Book 2010 Page 2960 and recorded on 4/21/2010; and WHEREAS, Vylla Solutions, LLC has heretofore been substituted as Trustee by instrument dated 2/5/2026 and recorded in Book 2026 Page 1145 Book 2026 Page 1145 the aforesaid 2nd Judicial District of the Chancery Clerk’s office; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, Vylla Solutions, LLC, as Substituted trustee of Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney’s fees, trustee’s fees and expense of sale. NOW, THEREFORE, Vylla Solutions, LLC, Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on 4/15/2026 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.), Front door of the Panola 2nd County Courthouse, 151 Public Square, Batesville, MS 38606 to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds the following described property situated in Panola County, State of Mississippi, to-wit: Lot 44 of the First Addition to Sunrise Hill Subdivision according to plat of said subdivision on file and of record in Plat Book 2 at Page 10 in the Batesville Office of the Chancery Clerk of Panola County, Mississippi; subject to the Restrictive Covenants covering said subdivision of record in Deed Book D-2 at page 352 in the Batesville Office of the Chancery Clerk of Panola County, Mississippi.
