To: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS-AT-LAW AND NEXT-OF-KIN OF JOHN CHRISTOPHER EARP, A/K/A CHRIS EARP, DECEASED, WHOSE WHEREABOUTS, POST OFFICE ADDRESSES, AND STREET ADDRESSES ARE UNKNOWN TO THE PETITIONER AFTER DILIGENT SEARCH AND INQUIRY TO ASCERTAIN SAME
You have been made a defendant in the Complaint filed in this Court by Kathie P. Serio, Petitioner, seeking the determination of heirship and next of kin of John Christopher Earp.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 A.M. on September 29, 2026 in the Chancery Courtroom of the Yalobusha County Courthouse at Coffeeville, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
