TO: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS-AT-LAW OF WILLIAM L. MORGAN.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition to Determine Heirs-at-Law of WILLIAM L. MORGAN, Deceased, (“Petition”), filed by PATRICK L. MORGAN, the Administrator of the Estate of WILLIAM L. MORGAN, Deceased, seeking adjudication that Patrik L. Morgan is the sole heir-at-law, pursuant to Mississippi Code Annotated § 91-1-29.

You are hereby summoned to appear and defend this Petition filed against you at 9:00 a.m. on the 30th day of September, 2026, in the DeSoto County Courthouse in Hernando, Mississippi, before Honorable Sabrina Howell, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition to Determine Heirs-at-Law of WILLIAM L. MORGAN, Deceased (“Petition”).

You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
