NOTICE TO CREDITORS

WHEREAS, on the 15th day of July, 2026, Jan Carole Gibson was appointed as the Executrix of the Estate of Robert W. Holden, deceased, by the Chancery Court of Panola County, Mississippi in the above styled Cause No.: 26-cv-97(VD) and Letters of Testamentary were duly issued to her on the 20th day of July, 2026.

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that all persons having claims against the Estate of Robert W. Holden, deceased, must file same for probate and registration with the Clerk of the Chancery Court of the First Judicial District, Panola County, Mississippi, as provided by law, within ninety (90) days from the 26th day of August, 2026, and failure to so file said claim or claims for probate and registration within said period will forever barr such claim or claims.
