NOTICE TO CREDITORS

WHEREAS, on the 12th day of May, 2026, Veronica King Dixon was appointed as the Administrator, C.T.A. of the Estate of Ivey Boyd Dixon, deceased, by the Chancery Court of Panola County, Mississippi in the above styled Cause No.: 26-cv-48(PL) and Letters of Testamentary were duly issued to her on the 14th day of May, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that all persons having claims against the Estate of Ivey Boyd Dixon, deceased, must file same for probate and registration with the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Panola County, Mississippi, as provided by law, within ninety (90) days from the 27th day of May, 2025, and failure to so file said claim or claims for probate and registration within said period will forever barr such claim or claims.
