NOTICE TO DEFENDANT
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Tristan Grace Goddard, Plaintiff, seeking to determine the heirs at law of Caleb David Goddard, deceased. Defendants other than you in this action are: Tucker Gauge Goddard.
You are summoned to appear and defend against said complaint or petition at 9:00 o’clock A.M. on Tuesday, the 12th day of May, 2026, in the courtroom of the Tate County Chancery Courthouse in Senatobia, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
You are not required to file and answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
