The Order Granting Letters of Administration having been granted on the 16th day of March, 2026, by the Chancery Court of Panola County, Mississippi, to the undersigned on the Estate of CARL RICHARD PROVINCE, Deceased, in Cause Number 26-cv-53ML in said Court, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said CARL RICHARD PROVINCE, or his Estate, to present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the date of first publication or they will be forever barred.
